this week was kinda horrid
meet the parents wasnt so scary
cos my dad knew what my teachers will say
after knowing that horrid results of mine
i wanna do well
i know i studied
maybe not hard enough to bring out that best i can do
i want god to be proud of me
i want my parents to be proud of my achievements
i want them to hear from my teachers that ive done my best
i want to do justice for myself
knowing that i can do even better than just settling for the minimum
i know i can if i want it
if i want it more than anything else
i hope that desire of wanting to strive for the best
will continue to burn in me

SAT.
woke up late
went online
talked till 1plus
met ilena at dover mrt
saw kenneth
met jed at jurong mrt
he was late.hah
proceeded to church
watched jed and they all jam
josh came up
we went to the kitchen
the guys were "cooking" some stuff
then they played soccer
ilena n i were watching them getting sweaty
cell started at 4
fay led worship
cell was okay
celebrated the chuas bday
dinnered in church
watched the guys play soccer AGAIN
jed taught ilena to play the drums
played the PIANO fo r them.smiles.
ILENA:
haha.drums so fun.
learned the basic beat
and some double base thing something
then TRIED to play wif sam's piano
drums are super fun la.
i wanna learn!!!
but i did have a fantabulous time on sat larh
and im sure ilena did too esp the drumming part
sunday was fab also.
service was okay too
after service was fab too

in redeeming sacrifice
it was a roller coaster week
emotionally for me
ive experience god's mercy and grace
it was totally fab to even know that
even if we do neglect god at times
he never ever neglects us
even when we cry out to him at the
very last minute
collection of results was a nerve-wrecking moment
the disapointment just fills me
paper after paper
i was even having the worst thoughts
i was so scared to even retain
i was scared to even face my parents
i prayed so hard
and even if god doesnt want to promote me
i know i deserve it
cos during the whole exam period
i did not rely on him
when ms toh talked to me
she told me i would be promoted
i was overjoyed
but i know my results was not up to
expectations AT ALL
i wanna thank god for being so gracious
that he gave me one more chance to prove myself to him
